Please choose a class time and day suitable to your schedule complete the attached registration form. Send your registration form along with payment either by mail, fax, email or in person. Registration and payment MUST be received to confirm booking and allow participant to enter any programs. What to wear to your first lesson?

  • AGDA Easy to move in clothes i.e. bike pants, shorts, swimmers, leotard or a fitting shirt. No baggy clothes or school uniforms to be worn.
  • Shoes must be worn into and exiting the Academy. Bare feet are required in gymnastics studio and dance shoes or socks in dance studio.
  • No Jewelry.
  • Bring a named water bottle. Only water permitted inside the studios.

Who needs to attend the first lesson?

When attending for the first time for any member under 18yrs a parent or guardian MUST escort the participants into the studio. Please report to reception desk in the gymnastics studio to complete all enrollment forms and confirm your booking. You/your child will then be escorted and introduced to their coach. The Academy’s policy is that any child who is dropped off in the carpark will not be admitted into a class session.

What time should I/we arrive?

AGDAPlease arrive 10mins early to your first lesson so you can:

  • Complete the necessary forms and pay your term and joining fees.
  • Have any of your questions answered.
  • Meet the coach of the participant’s class.

Fees and Payments

Fees are due before the commencement of the first lesson. You are welcome to view a class from reception before commencing booking and commencing with the Academy programs. Fees are due one week prior to the commencement of a new term. Strict payment plans are available upon request.

How to book a program

Ready to Register for 2010?

AGDAYou can now register by mail, fax, and phone or in person. Fill out the registration form or download it from the Academy website, send it, drop it in, fax it or register over the phone in with payment. For new members register anytime. Current members must do so before the priority deadline to receive discounts and first booking preferences.

Priority Deadline

Priority Deadline is the deadline by which CURRENT STUDENTS must pay tuition or their priority over NEW or PREVIOUS STUDENTS. Families who would rather not worry about the Priority Deadline should consider Pay-In-Advance or Credit Card On File.

Pay-In-Advance> Simply pay the annual fee and lock-in your priority STATUS for up to the entire School year. In the event your personal schedule changes and you cannot fulfill the obligations for which you have paid, notify us in writing BEFORE the start of the Term and your money will be refunded within 14 days. Not available for Vacation Programs. Refunds are NOT available for half term bookings.

Credit Card On File > We will securely keep your credit card on file and automatically charge tuition against it each term until you notify us otherwise. Change requests must be made in accordance with all regular procedures. Not available for Vacation Programs.

Priority Deadline is for CURRENT Students, New students DO NOT WAIT for priority deadline. REGISTER AS EARLY AS POSSILBE fees during a term are pro rata.

New Students

Register anytime, in fact, as soon as possible (disregard the Priority Deadline as this only applies to Current and Previous Students). Upon receipt, New Students registrations are dated and placed in the Holding File. After the Priority Deadline passes, the Holding File is opened and New Students are placed in class based on their dated order. Assume your 1st class choice has been accepted, as AGDA will not contact you unless there is a difficulty supplying your 1st choice. Remember, “no news is good news.” Please keep all copies of your registration forms as a record of your class choice.

Current Students

Current Students have priority over New Students if tuition is paid on or before the Priority Deadline. If a Current Student fails to pay tuition by the Priority Deadline, priority if forfeited and New Students and Previous Students are placed in class. Note that Current Students may request class changes before the Priority Deadline in order to have Priority.

Previous Students

Previous Students are given priority over New Students BUT ONLY if the registration is received before the Priority Deadline.

Payment Specifics

Pay by cheque, eftpos or credit card all credit cards will receive a 2% service fee or Electronic transfer. Dishonour Cheque Policy if a cheque is returned for non-sufficient funds a fee of $20 for dishonour fee will be charged plus an additional $20 PROCESSING FEE. Mail-in, fax, or email registrations are preferred, as it allows our Reception team to process registrations in off-peak hours, allowing us to better serve our clients. Also note we have an on-site tuition drop-off slot located at the far left side of our front counter.

10% Family Discount

When more than one immediate family member is enrolled at the same time, the most expensive tuition in your family pays full fare; ALL lesson tuitions are discounted 10% (non-AGDA programs excluded).

100% Tuition Back Guarantee

For families brand new to AGDA. If after your family’s first Term of classes you’re not entirely happy, AGDA will gladly refund 100% of your tuition for that Term not including membership and insurance. (Excludes Competition Teams).

After the first term of tuition, please note once a child is registered and booked into a program, there is no refund for withdrawing your child/ren from any AGDA programs during or at the end of a term.

Due to insurance and membership including external associations these fees cannot be refunded. Feel free to return to AGDA during the year that you have enrolled to benefit from your insurance and membership. Membership and Insurance fees are due at the beginning of each calendar year.
